2. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash, card, and other approved payment methods.

3. No Warranty on Certain Services

  • Flat tire repairs may be temporary depending on tire condition.
  • Used tires are sold as-is, unless otherwise stated.
  • We are not responsible for future tire failure due to pre-existing damage, road hazards, or improper use.

4. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate vehicle and tire information.
  • Maintaining proper tire pressure and vehicle condition is the customer’s responsibility.

5. Liability Limitation

TTownTiresWA is not liable for indirect, incidental damages, delays, or damage due to misuse after service. Liability is limited to the amount paid.

6. Refunds and Returns

  • All tire sales are final unless defective upon installation.
  • Service refunds are evaluated case-by-case.

7. Appointments and Cancellations

Please notify us in advance for cancellations or delays.
